Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations within 7 days of booking

Cancellations made within 7 days of the original booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the course start date is more than 14 days away.

2. Cancellations after 7 days of booking

If cancelling after the 7-day cooling-off period, the following fees apply based on the notice given before your course start date:

• •More than 14 days before course start date:
  75% refund (25% cancellation fee applies)
• •8–14 days before course start date:
  50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies)
• •Within 7 days of course start date:
  No refund available.
  (You may request to transfer your booking to another date or participant — see below.)

3. Transfers and Substitutions

• •Bookings may be transferred once to another course date or participant if requested more than 7 days before the course start date, subject to availability.
• •Transfers requested within 7 days of the course date may incur a $50 administrative fee.

4. Non-attendance

Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

5. Cancellations by Northbound Commercial Training

In the unlikely event that Northbound Commercial Training cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered the choice of:

• •A full refund, or
• •A transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.
